ACQUISITION UPDATE
On Dec. 31, ABX Air announced the completion of the CHI acquisition and the formation of a new parent company called ABX Holdings. For both companies the plan is to continue to operate as before. Look for information in the coming months on our plans to grow our revenues and position as a leader in the air freight industry. Together we can make 2008 a great year! www.abxair.com/chi

THANKS...
to all who supported the food and toy drives! ABX Air, working with DHL and Astar, delivered donated food to the Clinton County Homeless Shelter, Your Father's Kitchen, and Clinton County Community Action before Thanksgiving and again before Christmas. All three groups were very appreciative of the food! The donated toys were shared with Head Start via the Community Action group. They were very excited to be able to brighten the holidays of local children in need.

SAFETY IS A CORE VALUE AT ABX AIR
We've had several incidents recently where employees used a vehicle to push, lift, or slide another piece of equipment in order to fix it, only causing more damage and/or injury. If you have problems with equipment, contact your supervisor; do not take it upon yourself to repair it or continue to use it while it is damaged. It does not take much for good intentions to go astray, so please protect yourself. http://abxnet/safetynet
