3rd Shift Benefits Enrollment Opportunities

For employees hired before Sept 30, 2005, Benefits Department personnel will be available on these dates and times to help enroll employees in benefits:
Friday, Oct. 14 - 8-11 p.m. (for employees hired Sept. 30 and earlier only)
Friday, Oct. 28 - 8-11 p.m. (for employees hired Sept. 30 and earlier only)
Employees hired in October will have an opportunity to enroll in November.
The Benefits Department personnel will be located in the
Mobile Recruiting Center, which will be parked behind the Administration
Building. The Mobile Recruiting Center allows up to 12 employees at a time
to enroll using the on-board PCs. The entire enrollment process takes less than
10 minutes.
Employees wishing to enroll for benefits should bring the enrollment kits and
the names, Social Security numbers, and birth dates of eligible dependents they
plan to enroll in the benefits program. Employees will be served on a
first-come, first-served basis. All employees hired on and before Sept. 15,
2005, have been sent enrollment kits at their home addresses. (Enrollment kits
for employees hired between Sept. 16 and Sept. 30 will be sent before Oct. 14.)
Employees also can enroll on-line using Self
Service from any PC connected to the internet, including home PCs, library
PCs, and on-base kiosks.
