401(k) Plan Year End Processing Delay

Due to year-end processing requirements, the posting of
employee contributions and loan repayments for 2008 will be delayed
temporarily. The 2008 contributions and loan repayments cannot be posted until
all 2007 processing and accounting is completed by Fidelity. This is a normal
occurrence at the beginning of each year. The delay is expected to last seven
to ten days. We thank you for your patience during this period.
