Due to year end processing requirements, the employee contributions and loan repayments for 2002 to the 401(k) plan have not yet been posted. The 2002 contributions and loan repayments cannot be posted until all 2001 processing and accounting is completed by Fidelity. It is expected that these contributions and loan repayments will be posted by January 30, 2002. In prior years the previous record keeper did not complete this process until late February.
