Due to year end processing requirements, the employee contributions and loan repayments for 2004 to the 401(k) plan have not yet been posted. The 2004 contributions and loan repayments cannot be posted until all 2004 processing and accounting is completed by Fidelity. It is expected that these contributions and loan repayments will be posted by January 31, 2005.
