401(k) Quiet Period

401(k) Quiet Period Begins

The quiet period in the 401(k) transition to Fidelity Investments has begun.

During this time you cannot make transactions or check account balances.

In early June you can:

		Change payroll deductions amounts
		Change investment election for future payroll contributions
		Enroll in the plan
		Make rollover into the plan
		Request Fidelity Fund information

In early August can:

		Check account balances
		Transfer existing account balances between funds
		Request Loans & Hardship withdrawals
		Terminating employees can request payouts

Fidelity Investments will notify you when you are able to make these transactions.
