Dependent Audit Deadline Extended to October 2, 2006
We appreciate the quick response of many employees to fulfill the Dependent Audit requirements. However, some have expressed the need for more time in order to get all their documents in order. The deadline for providing proof of eligible dependents has been extended to Oct. 2, 2006.
If employees have questions regarding the required documentation or the eligibility requirements, please advise them to contact Mercer Administration at (877) 372-3757. Remind employees they may use tax documents for proof in lieu of birth certificates or marriage certificates.
Employees with dependents enrolled in one of the ABX health insurance plans should have received letters from Mercer Administration regarding the ABX Dependent Audit. If they have not yet received a letter and have dependents on their health benefits, please advise them to contact Dawna Barney at (937) 366-2150 immediately.
