Summary  of meeting on January 28, 2003

Jeff Walling showed slides of the completed employee survey results. The highlights of the survey results were discussed.

Jeff also showed presentation that would be given at the Townhall meetings.

Steve Sager reported on the Lost Time sub-committee meeting.

It is evident from the survey that a majority of those responding agreed that our attendance occurrence policy is too lenient and needs tightened up.

Steve also shared that in his opinion, PTO met with much opposition and he doesn’t expect it to materialize.

The rest of the meeting was an open Q and A. Most of the time was spent on clarifications and responding to members understanding of the data and information gathered.

Committee will meet again on Tuesday, February 11.
