On March 3, 2008, Exante Financial Services and Exante Bank will be renamed OptumHealth Financial Services and OptumHealth Bank, respectively, as they join the OptumHealth brand, an alliance of UnitedHealth Group companies dedicated to optimizing health, well-being and fi nancial security for individuals.

There will be no operational changes, no disruptions to service and little impact to customers and members as a result of the name change. (OptumHealth brand migrations for Behavioral, Care Solutions, and Specialty Solutions are scheduled for a later, separate release in 2008.)

A comprehensive communication plan to help facilitate a seamless brand transition and to inform key stakeholders began in December and will continue through March 2008. To that end, a personalized mailing to all Definity HSA holders notifying them of the name change is scheduled for January 18th.
