Dependent Audit Final Notice

The dependent audit is near completion. We would like to thank everyone who responded to the audit for their cooperation. To date, 825 individuals who were not eligible to be enrolled have been self-identified and removed from the ABX health plan. By auditing our health plan enrollment and removing ineligible individuals, we can help keep our health benefits affordable for both ABX and its employees.

Final notice letters will be going out this week to 518 employees notifying them that some or all of their dependents are being removed from the health plan because they either did not respond or did not provide complete documentation. These letters will be sent to the employees' home addresses (as printed on their paychecks). A copy of the letter is being sent to the employees' supervisors of record. 


If the employee plans to appeal this decision, the employee needs to provide the required documentation to the ABX Benefits Department by Dec. 6, 2006. The list of acceptable documentation is on the back of the employee letter. Please have the employee send the documentation to:
