Flu Shots at Wilmington

Again this year ABX Air is offering flu shots for Wilmington (ILN) employees. In cooperation with Highland District Hospital personnel, flu shots will be available at these times and locations.

Date: Friday, Nov. 16, 2001

Times:

		3:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m. by the Flight Dept. gate near building 224
		4:30 a.m. – 6:00 a.m. by the Sort gate (Sort parking lot by Bldg. 1024)
		7:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. in front of the Administration Bldg.
		10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Logistics Services Parking Lot (Bldg. 10)
		2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Main Gate (in front of Hangar 1005)

Cost: $10

- Available to ABX employees & dependents (dependents must be 18 or older)

- Employees under age 18 need a release form signed by a guardian at the time of the flu shot.

- Need to show ABX ID.
