Again this year ABX Air is offering flu shots for Wilmington (ILN) employees. In cooperation with Highland District Hospital personnel, flu shots will be available at these times and locations.

Times:	Locations:
3:00 a.m. – 4:00 a.m.	Flight Department gate (near Bldg. 224)
4:30 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.	Sort gate (Sort parking lot by Bldg. 1024)
7:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.	Administration Bldg. (in parking lot)
10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.	Logistics Services Parking Lot (Bldg. 10)
2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.	Main gate (in front of Hangar 1005)

Cost: $12

Flu shots are being offered earlier this year due to their availability. In previous years, the shortage of the vaccine made it impossible to obtain this

early in the year.

- Flu shots are available to ABX employees & dependents (dependents must be 18 or older).

- Employees under age 18 need a release form signed by a guardian at the time of the flu shot.

- Employees need to show ABX ID.

- Cash or checks should be made to "Occupational Health" and will be accepted as payment.
