Free Cholesterol and Blood Sugar Tests at Healthcare Center

The ABX Healthcare Center is offering free cholesterol and blood sugar testing through Feb. 29 as part of the first initiative in the ABX Healthcare Center's 2008 wellness campaign. Patients should fast 8-12 hours prior to having their blood drawn. Those participating will receive a free follow-up appointment with a provider to review their results. The regular $10 co-payment will be waived for this appointment. No results can be given via phone. Patients also will receive a plan of care in regards to their test results as well as educational information. Get your cholesterol and blood sugar checked this month. Call the Healthcare Center at (937) 283-9289 to sign up.
