Dear ABX Air Associate:

If you have used the ABX Air Healthcare Center, thank you!  At the Healthcare Center we are committed to providing you and your family with the best possible experience and medical care. We know you have a choice when you seek healthcare and we want to be your first choice.

As part of our quality control, we conduct periodic surveys of our patients. Please take a few moments to complete the Healthcare Center Survey. This survey will help us identify what areas we do well and where we need to improve. The overall results of the survey will be shared with ABX Air management.
