Part-time Benefits Eligibility Period 120 days effective 4-1-2006

The eligibility period for part-time employees is being increased to 120 days of employment from 90 days effective April 1, 2006. Employees currently in the waiting period will keep the 90 day waiting period. Any part-time employees hired on or after April 1, 2006 will have the new 120-day waiting period. This change affects the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, group universal life, dependent care, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and sick time. It does not affect the retirement and 401(k) programs
