Smoking Cessation Classes begin Tuesday, Oct 3, and run for the following three Tuesdays (10/10, 10/17, and 10/24). Separate classes are offered at 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., or 10:00 p.m. Each session lasts one hour. Participants should attend at the same time each Tuesday. All classes are held in the Wellness Classroom located next to the Healthcare Center.
