Smoking Cessation Classes

The ABX Healthcare Center is sponsoring FREE smoking cessation classes beginning Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2006. This four-week program meets once a week on Jan. 10, 17, 24, and 31. Sessions will be held in the Wellness Center training room next door to the Healthcare Center.

Participants need to attend one session on each day of the four weeks. Three sessions will be offered each day at 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., and 10 p.m. Each session lasts one hour. The sessions will use the latest smoking cessation techniques and include either a supply of free smoking cessation patches or gum.
