August Smoking Cessation Classes Offered

The ABX Air Healthcare Center is offering smoking
cessation classes starting August 1. Employees or dependents who want to quit
smoking can take advantage of these free classes.
Classes begin Tuesday, August 1, and run for the
following three Tuesdays (8/8/, 8/15, and 8/22). Separate
classes are offered at 1:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., or 10:00 p.m. Each session
lasts one hour. Participants should attend at the same time each
Tuesday. All classes are held in the Wellness Classroom located next to the
Healthcare Center.
Participants in the program are eligible to receive free
nicotine patches from the Ohio Tobacco Quit Line. If you are ready to
quit, call the Healthcare Center at (937) 283-9289 to sign up for a
class. Space is limited and is available on a first come first serve
basis.
