United Healthcare and the Cincinnati-based Health Alliance have reported that they have reached an agreement for the Health Alliance hospitals to remain in the United Healthcare network . The agreement is retroactive to Oct. 1, 2006. Any employee who has Health Alliance hospitals claims paid at the out-of-network rate should contact United Healthcare at (888) 350-5607 for assistance.
The following Health Alliance facilities are included in the new agreement and will remain in the United HealthCare network:

| Christ Hospital | University Pointe Surgical Hospital |
| University Hospital | Deerfield Medical Imaging |
| St. Luke Hospital East | Red Bank Surgery Center |
| St. Luke Hospital West | Alliance Primary Care |
