We are pleased to announce that United Healthcare and the Health Alliance of Greater Cincinnati serving the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky markets, have reached a new four-year agreement, retroactively effective November 1, 2007, to provide members with access to quality, affordable health care services.
Through this renewed partnership, United Healthcare and the Health Alliance have aligned to advance health care quality, ease administration, and maintain affordability of health care for the people they jointly serve.
Current United Healthcare members can begin using Health Alliance hospitals, physicians and facilities as in-network benefits effective November 1, 2007. The new contract extends access to:

| Drake Center |
| Alliance Primary Care |
| Cincinnati Medical Imaging |
| University Pointe Surgical Hospital |
