Business Travel Accident
ABX Air provides full-time and part-time non-bargaining employees a 100% company paid Business Travel Accident policy equal to 2 times your annual base salary rounded up to the next $1,000. The benefit is insured by CIGNA. The maximum benefit is $500,000.
The Accidental Death & Dismemberment benefit will pay your beneficiary if you should die because of an accident while on traveling on company business. The plan also provides a benefit if you should have a limb accidentally severed. The schedule of benefits is:

Business Travel Accident insurance does not apply while you are commuting to and from your regular place of employment during your working hours.
Business Travel Accident insurance applies when you are traveling to and from work at hours that are not your regular scheduled work hours at ABX Air's request and you are eligible for mileage reimbursement from ABX Air.
