Dental Insurance Benefits
ABX Air Inc. offers employees not covered by a collective bargaining agreement two dental health insurance options. Each option offers comprehensive dental benefits including periodic cleanings and routine dental procedures. With both options, claims are administered by MetLife. Eligibility is after 120 days of employment as a part-time (15 to 31 hours week) or 60 days for full-time employees (32 or more hours week) of ABX Air Inc. Family coverage under the Enhanced Dental Plan is available to full-time employees only. Part time employees may purchase family coverage under the Basic Dental Plan only. You may also choose Dental and Vision Only coverage by declining medical and paying a Dental/Vision Premium.
