You access the EAP service by calling the toll-free number 1-800-788-5614 (TDD/TTY 1-866-216-9926). You will be immediately connected to an EAP specialist, an experience clinician with a master’s degree. Available 24/7, the staff has experience in helping people identify the nature of their problems and finding the right resources to address them.
