Health Insurance Benefits
ABX Air Inc. offers employees not covered under a collective bargaining agreement a choice between three health insurance options. Each option offers comprehensive medical benefits coverage for your medical expenses such as doctor visits, hospital visits, etc. With both options, claims are administered by United HealthCare. Eligibility is after 60 days of employment as a full-time employees (32 hours/week) of ABX Air Inc. Part-time employees (15 to 31 hours week) are eligible after 120 days of employment with the Company. Part-time employees are not eligible for the Enhanced PPO Plan until the open enrollment following their one-year anniversary.
