Medical Flexible Spending Account
ABX Air Inc. offers all full-time and part-time employees a Medical Flexible Spending Account. Eligibility is after completing one year employment with the company. The enrollment period is during the annual open enrollment period in November and effective the following January 1 after you complete one year of service. The best reason for opening a Medical Flexible Spending Account is that it can save you money. A Medical Flexible Spending Account allows you to pay for medical expenses not covered by insurance with tax free dollars. Some of the medical expenses that are eligible include: co-payments for office visits and prescriptions, hearing aids, deductibles and out-of-pocket expenses, lasik eye surgery, etc.
