Sick Time
ABX Air Inc. offers full-time and part-time employees sick time. Employee accrue sick time on a bi-weekly basis equal to six days per year. Sick time is used during the short-term disability waiting period and can be used to supplement short-term and long term disability. Unused sick time is carried over from year-to-year and is not forfeited. Full-time can accrue up to a maximum of 800 sick hours. Sick time cannot be used during the first 60 days of employment.
