Short-Term Disability
ABX Air Inc. offers full-time non-bargaining employees a short term disability plan.
Eligibility is after 60 days of employment as full-time
employees of ABX Air Inc.
(Part-time employees are not eligible.)
The benefit begins on the 15th day of disability and pays a benefit equal to 50% of the employee weekly base salary. The benefit continues to pay as long as the employee is disabled up to a maximum of 26 weeks.
