Upon your divorce, you should review and update your beneficiaries for any benefits you have including those through ABX Air as well as any personal life insurance policies you may have. At ABX Air, you may have any of the following death benefits, depending upon your eligibility status and your individual elections.

1. Company provided Life Insurance (full-time employees)

2. Company provided Accidental Death & Dismemberment (full-time employees)

3. Company provided Business Travel Accident benefits (full-time and part-time non-bargaining employees)

4. Voluntary Accident Insurance (based on your election)

5. Profit Sharing Plan (Employees hired before 1-1-1999)

6. Capital Accumulation Plan (non-bargaining employees): Call Fidelity Investments at (800) 835-5095

7. Pilots Investment Plan (flight crew members): Call Fidelity Investments at (800) 835-5095

8. Universal Life Insurance: (based on your election): call Marsh@Work at (800) 441-5581.
