If you and/or a covered family member lose coverage under an ABX Air sponsored health plan option, you will be sent, within a reasonable period of time, a “Certificate of Coverage.” United HealthCare will mail this certificate directly to your home. This is an important document and you should keep it in a safe place. The Certificate of Coverage will be important proof of coverage under one plan that you may need to reduce any subsequent plan’s pre-existing condition limitation period which might otherwise apply to you and/or your family member.
