Employees expressed a strong desire for superior investment results and low fees. For example, 94% of the respondents indicated superior investment results are important (either very or somewhat) to them. Low fees were rated important by 85% of survey participants. In addition, fund information and educational information was ranked important by 72% and 71% respectively. More fund options was ranked important by 64% and web access was marked important by 62%. Daily valuation, daily investment changes and published net access value scored lower in the 42% to 47% range for importance.

Clearly, employees place a great importance on investment results and low fees. You also would like to see more information about funds and retirement investing in general. Many would also like to see more fund options and web access. Fidelity Investments was selected, because they can meet all of these needs and more. Fidelity offers an excellent line of investments with competitive fees, more funds and educational information and an easy to use web site. Telephone access, including the ability to speak with a seasoned, trained customer service representative, will continue to be available for those without access to the world wide web or for those who prefer to speak with a person.
