A brief survey has been prepared to help gauge interest in transforming the
Fitness Center into a private health club.
The survey should take no more than 5 or 10 minutes to complete.

The Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week!
A trainer/manager is on duty Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Classes: The onsite trainer/manager offers a series of
classes to help
you stay active:

Aerobic or step classes (instructor's
choice) are held Mondays from Noon to 12:45 p.m. Aerobic is a 30-minute class
with abs at the last portion, using high or low impact for all levels. Step is
a traditional step class, using an adjustable platform to step up and down in
a variety of patterns. 30-35 minutes and abs at the end.

Cardio classes are held Wednesdays from
Noon to 12:45 p.m. A class to get you in your target heart rate and keep you
there for 30-40 minutes, exercising your heart while boosting your metabolism.

Strength classes are held Tuesdays and
Thursdays from Noon to 12:45 p.m. This class is for all levels, beginner to
advanced, designed to tighten and firm up muscles while learning proper form
and techniques. This class incorporates weights, bands, balls, and body
strength to sculpt a leaner stronger body.
