Employee Suggestion Program

ABX Air’s Employee Suggestion Program is designed to promote the communication of ideas, enabling both the Company and its employees to benefit from increased operating revenues, lower costs, greater productivity and quality, and safer working conditions.

All full-time, part-time, and casual employees (including those on leave of absence) of ABX or one of its subsidiaries may submit suggestions related to the operation of the Company, with the exception of employees that are covered under the MIP Program. Awards for suggestions implemented by the Company under the program can range up to a maximum of $25,000.
