The costs are reflected on the second page of the Open Enrollment letter  and reflect the bi-weekly equivalent of the amounts for 2019 as specified by the formula in Article 17 of your collective bargaining agreement.

How do I enroll in my Benefits?

You enroll in your benefits through Self Service by selecting the Benefits tab then 2019 Open Enrollment tab. 

Deadline

November 16, 2019 is the deadline to complete your open enrollment elections. If you do not make a 2019 open enrollment election, your 2018 elections will carry over to 2019 except for the dependent care flexible spending account.
