The CAP/401(k) plan is undergoing a transition. During the second quarter 2001, Fidelity Investments will become the new trustee and record keeper of the plan and will also be the new investment option manager for the plan.
Information about the transition will be communicated to employees via variety of means including informational mailers, ABX-TV, employee meetings and this web page. We will update this web page as information becomes available so check back often.
